The Branch Admin Officer is responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of branch activities. This role involves coordinating with various departments, handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting the branch manager in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the branch manager and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records of branch activities, including transactions, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, customer feedback, and administrative activities.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements within the branch.
- Coordination: Liaise with other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Event Management: Assist in organizing branch events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
