- Manage, train and motivate staff to deliver world-class service
Expertise & Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate degree essential along with CAIIB (Optional), NISM, IRDA
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Scope and target customers in your catchment in collaboration with Product/Sales support
2. Customer Service
- Ensure service quality
- Resolve complaints accurately
3. Operations
- Conduct internal checks on a regular basis
- Ensure process checks relating to vaults are conducted
- Responsible for sys-admin and setup within the branch
4. Audit and Service Quality
- Ensure adherence to all processes stipulated by Audit and Senior Management
- Monthly / Periodic Verification of Auditable items at branches
- Daily review of reports at branch
- Ensure satisfactory audit at the branch
5. Staff Management
- Ensure adequate training of staff on all products, processes and services of the bank
- Increase awareness of various policies of the bank with regard to customer service and compliance
