Job Description
OECC is hiring for Branch Manager at Chandigarh and Ludhiana location:
Job Responsibilities for Branch Manager
Daily Activities
- Pre-shift briefing with all teams for 10 minutes regarding last days outputs and current day activities
- Post-shift briefing with all teams for 10 minutes regarding current day outputs and next day’s activities
- Coordinate with counselling, marketing and back office teams on daily basis
- Make performance improvement sheets for all branch employees
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Marketing and Promotional Follow-Ups –
- Make sure all marketing activities are lined up and are focused
- Engage into Social Media Activities for Branch promotion
Daily Reports –Make sure daily activity reports are sent by branch staffs
Mail a compiled reporting sheet to all stakeholders and management
Targets –
- Make sure team targets are met and fulfilled
- Make sure all targets are met by counselling team
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to reach targets
Staffing Requirements –Give periodic staffing requirements to HR at centre to fulfil workforce
Branch Expenses – Maintain a record of all branch expenses and petty cash
Make sure the branch gets self-sustained over 3 months duration
Training Activities
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development andmotivation
- Identify outbound training activities conducted by various embassies and councils
- Make sure all teams are up to date with all university requirements, courses offered anduniversities on board with us (direct and indirect)
