Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Brand Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing outdoor marketing campaigns, including pamphlet distribution, flyer handouts, and other promotional activities to generate leads and build brand awareness in the local community. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful outreach strategies and create a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:Pamphlet and Flyer Distribution: Distribute marketing materials (pamphlets, flyers, brochures) to targeted locations, such as malls, events, offices, residential areas, and high-traffic zones to drive awareness and generate interest.
Lead Generation: Engage with potential customers to collect contact details, qualify leads, and direct them to the sales team for follow-up. Ensure effective lead capture through forms, QR codes, or direct outreach.
Brand Awareness Campaigns: Execute outdoor campaigns to increase visibility and awareness of the company’s products/services in the community. Ensure promotional materials are aligned with brand messaging and standards.
Event Promotion: Participate in on-the-ground promotional events and activations, representing the brand in a professional and engaging manner to attract new customers and encourage sign-ups.
Market Research: Gather feedback and insights from potential customers during interactions to help improve marketing strategies. Track the effectiveness of outdoor campaigns and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with Sales Teams: Provide generated leads to the sales team, track their progress, and follow up as needed to convert leads into customers.
Reporting and Tracking: Maintain a log of leads generated and the effectiveness of pamphlet distribution, providing regular reports to the marketing team for evaluation and strategy refinement.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, communities, and organizations to expand marketing reach and drive foot traffic to sales events.
Promotional Material Management: Ensure that marketing materials are available, organized, and ready for distribution. Monitor inventory levels and request new materials when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in outdoor marketing, lead generation, or sales is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate people.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive in customer-facing situations.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of lead generation processes and customer engagement.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within designated areas for marketing activities.
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM software) to log leads and report progress.
