Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and customer-friendly Breakfast Vendor to prepare and sell fresh, high-quality breakfast items. The ideal candidate should have experience in food preparation, hygiene maintenance, and customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prepare breakfast items such as sandwiches, omelets, dosa, paratha, poha, idli, vada, tea, coffee, etc. (based on cuisine and location).
- Ensure all food is fresh, hygienic, and well-cooked.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
2. Customer Service & Sales
- Take and fulfill customer orders quickly and efficiently.
- Handle cash payments, digital transactions, and billing.
- Provide friendly service and maintain good customer relationships.
3. Hygiene & Safety Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of cooking area, utensils, and food storage.
- Follow food safety regulations and use fresh, quality ingredients.
- Dispose of waste properly and keep the serving area organized.
4. Inventory & Supply Management
- Monitor stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed.
- Purchase fresh ingredients daily or as required.
- Reduce food wastage and manage costs effectively.
5. Location Setup & Operations
- Set up the stall/cart/kitchen area in a prime location with good customer flow.
- Ensure all necessary equipment like gas stoves, utensils, and packaging materials are available.
- Close operations efficiently and store leftover items properly.
