Selected employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Business Analyst Intern –
1) Check the performance data of all employees
2) Handle performance management of client employees
3) Conduct root cause analysis of non-performers prepare the
daily/weekly reports
4) Boosting employee performance by identifying barriers to non-performance
5) Cost saving per client by identifying incorrect practices, improving the
process, and identifying the area where
costing can be reduced
6) Conduct market employee survey as when asked
7) Escalate matters that require immediate attention to reporting head & Principal Consultant
8) Prepare monthly reports highlighting employee performance &
department performance
