Job Description
Business Analyst
Eligibility:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
-
Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements.
-
Identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements clearly and concisely.
-
Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
-
Act as the liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements.
2. Business Process Analysis & Improvement:
-
Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
-
Suggest and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
-
Recommend changes to current systems and business processes to streamline operations.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
-
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
-
Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for tracking the success of implemented solutions.
-
Work with data teams to extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
4. Stakeholder Management:
-
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and pain points.
-
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
-
Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist stakeholders in understanding technical solutions and their impact on business processes.
5. Solution Design & Implementation Support:
-
Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions by working closely with project managers and development teams.
-
Participate in solution design workshops and provide input based on business needs and requirements.

Support the project team in ensuring that the delivered solution meets business expectations and objectives.
6. Quality Assurance & Testing:
-
Assist in the creation of test cases and testing strategies based on business requirements.
-
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure that solutions are delivered according to specifications and meet business needs.

Identify defects during testing and work with development teams to resolve them.
7. Project Management Support:
-
Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
-
Assist with monitoring project progress and ensuring that requirements are being met within scope and time constraints.
-
Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project objectives are achieved.
8. Continuous Improvement:
-
Continuously evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
-
Recommend improvements and best practices to enhance business processes and increase efficiency.
-
Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and methodologies.
