Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks
2. Conduct market research and assist in creating marketing materials
3. Support business development strategies and client relationship management

Qualifications:
1. Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in HR, business, or a related field
2. Strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office skills
3. Prior HR/BDO internship experience is preferred
