Job Description: Business Development and Sales Executive
(Commission-Based Role for 6 Months)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. This is a commission-based role for the first six months, ideal for individuals passionate about driving sales and building strong client relationships. After six months, performance-based salary opportunities may be introduced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, research, and cold outreach.
- Promote and sell company services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new market opportunities and trends.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based for the first six months.
- Attractive commission structure with high earning potential.
