Job Title: Business Development Associate - Field Sales
Location: Tamil Nadu (Extensive Travel Required)

Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Associate. This is a field sales role that requires extensive travel across Tamil Nadu. You will be responsible for visiting customers at their residences, presenting our automation solutions, and closing sales on the spot.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily visits to potential customers at their residences.
Present and demonstrate our automation products, focusing on their features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel extensively are welcome to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.

Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu (daily travel required).
