Job Title: Business Development Associate - Freshers Only

Location: Work From Home

Job Type: Full-time (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential students and clients.
Engage in lead generation, market research, and outreach efforts to expand the customer base.
Promote online courses related to programming, data science, and digital marketing to prospective students.
Understand and articulate the value of Legacy Aye Edutech’s educational offerings to prospective students.
Assist in sales and converting leads into enrolled students.

Client Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Freshers only).
Experience: No prior work experience required. Freshers with a passion for education and sales are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong enthusiasm to learn about education and business development.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students and clients.
- Basic knowledge of Java, Python, or Digital Marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
