Job Description
Job Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships and closing deals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, Website Development, etc.).
3. Conduct sales presentations and pitches to showcase CultClicks’ expertise.
4. Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts to achieve revenue targets. 5. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to deliver customized proposals and solutions. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry developments.
5. Manage and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress.
6. Represent the company at industry events, networking meetups, and client meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Website Development).
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to identify pain points and offer relevant solutions to clients.
6. Experience in using CRM tools to track leads and sales progress.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.
