Job Title:- Business Development Associate (BDA) (Delhi office)
Key Responsibilities:
>Client Counseling: Engage with prospective leads in-person and over the phone to understand their background, career objectives, and learning preferences. Provide personalized guidance on the products that we are currently selling.
>Enrollment Assistance: Assist traders with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads and encourage them to join the courses.
>Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling outcomes, and conversion rates. Provide periodic reports on the number of enrollments and the effectiveness of counseling efforts.
>Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional activities and events to attract potential leads.
>CRM Experience: Understand the lead flow through CRM and different stages of lead qualification to optimize lead slippages and drop offs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: A bachelor degree in any field is required.
• Sales Orientation: A sales-driven approach with the ability to convert potential leads into enrollments through effective consultation.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with Clients, colleagues, and management.
• Counseling Skills: Empathetic and persuasive counseling abilities to understand client;s needs and guide them towards appropriate course choices.
• Knowledge of Stock Market: A financial background with an understand of stock markets is an add-on but not mandatory.
