Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview: As a Business Development Associate, your role will be to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that align with business goals. Your success in this role will be driven by your excellent communication skills, persistence, and ability to connect with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and potential opportunities.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements, ensuring a personalized approach.
Develop and present persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Engage in follow-up communications to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute business development strategies.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Required Qualifications:

6 months to 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence others.
Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
