Job Description
1. Working on generating leads through on-ground activities
2. Identifying potential customer touchpoints, like for eg. malls, supermarkets, gaming zones, toy stores, departmental stores, etc., and conducting our activity there
3. Interacting with parents to generate leads by convincing them to book a free home demo
4. Representing BYJU'S in on-ground BTL promotional events in malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, departmental stores, etc.
5. Interacting with customers/parents in such activities to generate leads by convincing them to book a free home demo
6. Managing operations of the BTL activity to make sure it runs smoothly
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 28th Dec'20 and 1st Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have 0 to 2 years of experience working in sales/marketing
2. Must have excellent communication skills in the regional language, and both English and Hindi languages
3. Must be driven to interact with people
4. Must be willing to improve their interpersonal skills
1. For the first 3 months, candidates would be working as an intern for the stipend of Rs. 20,000/month
2. Post this period, candidates will have a chance to get converted to full-time employment based on their performance in the internship
3. Our work schedule is a regular 5-day work week with the rest of the 2 days off (working weekends)
