We are seeking a dynamic and results’ driven 'Business Development Executive/ Associate' to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and exploring business opportunities, engaging with corporate B2B clients and facilitating strategies to drive business growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communications and negotiation skills.
Job Profile: It is a B2B sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within a diversified line of businesses. Activities include client acquisition, meeting business objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building client relationships, penetrating client accounts and ensuring smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients or partners through online research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).

Build and maintain a database of prospective customers using CRM or spreadsheets.

Develop new business through cold calls, email campaigns, and digital lead generation strategies.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and introduce them to the company’s offerings.

Schedule and attend virtual/in-person meetings with clients to present products or services.

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Pitching & Deal Closure:

Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client’s business requirements.

Handle client objections and negotiate deals to a successful close.

Follow up diligently on open proposals and convert leads into paying customers.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment in client communication and delivery.

Provide insights from client interactions to help improve product offerings or marketing strategies.

Coordinate with the customer success/support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
5. Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or tracking tools.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales pipeline status and performance metrics.

Analyze data to refine strategies and improve business development efforts.
