Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Assist in identifying potential leads through online research, social media, and other resources.

Help build a database of prospective clients by adding contact information and company details to the CRM system.

Make cold calls or send emails to potential clients under the guidance of senior BDEs.

Qualify leads by gathering key information about the prospect’s needs and pain points.

Market Research:

Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Compile and analyze market data to assist in identifying new business opportunities and sales strategies.

Support the team in evaluating and segmenting target markets.

Sales Support:

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demos for potential clients.
-
Help coordinate and follow up with leads and prospects to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.

Prepare and update sales collateral (brochures, case studies, presentations, etc.) for client interactions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain regular communication with potential clients through emails, calls, and social media channels.

Support in managing relationships with existing clients by assisting with follow-ups and resolving basic queries.

Ensure timely and accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Assist in Preparing Sales Reports:

Help the team in compiling weekly/monthly sales reports to track performance and outcomes.

Gather data on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions to assist in reporting and analysis.

Provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies based on findings.

Collaborate with Marketing Team:

Work closely with the marketing department to align business development strategies with ongoing campaigns.

Assist in running email campaigns, creating content, and supporting digital marketing efforts.

Help in organizing and attending events or webinars aimed at lead generation.

Training and Skill Development:

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to learn about the business development process and sales techniques.

Gain practical knowledge of CRM software, sales tools, and business development strategies.

Continuously improve product knowledge to assist in client interactions effectively.

Administrative Tasks:

Help with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes during client or internal meetings.

Assist in maintaining organized records of all sales and marketing activities.

Support the senior business development team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
