Job Description
- Should be a Graduate with at least two years prior work experience.
- Post Graduates and Engineers Graduates without prior work experience will also be considered.
- Candidate having prior experience in IffcoTokio Insurance Services or IffcoTokio General Insurance Services will not be considered.
- Age not more than 28 years.
- Should be fluent in English
- COMPENSATION – Fixed :Rs. 22,440 per month in Metros and 17,820 in Non Metros

- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents
- Ensure product and process knowledge by the Company’s ways of training
- Grooming training and handholding of agents on a regular basis
- Achieve the desired GWP targets.
- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities
- Ensure Companys product mix sales ratio
- Hold periodical customer meets and workshops
