PADHHIGH is hiring Business Development Executive.
Duration - Full time
Joining - Immediate
Location - Work from home
Salary - Inexperienced RS 12,000 - RS 25,000 for initial 2 months, then performance-based promotion. Experienced - 5 to 7 LPA + Incentives.
Role - Business Development Executive (sales)
Experience - 2+ Months (in Edtech sales)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.
- Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Regular follow-ups with new and existing customers.
- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to make sure objectives are met.
- Update and create tailored client proposals.
- Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in Inside Sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets.
- Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
- Having a knack for sales.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Should be fluent in English & Hindi.
