Job Description
Your job as a business development executive is to identify sales leads, pitch recruitment services to new clients (HR team).
This role revolves around good communication and your duties will include:
- Identifying and developing relevant database of clients
- Cold Calling the new leads
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Build and Maintain Relationship with New Clients For Repetitive Business
- Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Maximise your sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.
- Achieve agreed revenue goals/targets/share and personal development goals
- Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets (multiple industries available).
