Job Description

  • 1-3 years experience with Software Services companies in the International Market preferably USA
  • Should be a Graduate/BE/MBA with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development/ cold calling / international sales /e-mail Marketing/Digital Marketing.
  • Interested in cold calling, pitching to right person in the US (CXOs), fixing appointments.
  • Should have experience in Online Marketing
  • Should have experience of online bidding on portals like Freelance, Elance, Upwork.
  • Expertise in lead generation from various sources and Closures. 
  • Should be well versed on LinkedIn and acquiring stakeholders using LinkedIn as well as social networking sites.
  • Telemarketing skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with prospective customers in the International market. 
  • A zeal for inside sales Passionate towards sales, willing to take challenges and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Should be able to understand Mobile and associated Technologies, Salesforce, Website Development
  • Ability to work on power point presentations to create impactful presentations to customers and on excel sheets for creating and maintaining reports, customer databases etc
  • Proven success in accessing new clients and new markets
  • Preparing RFI's and RFP's
  • Preparing Project understanding Documents
  • Project co-ordination with technical team
  • Project management
  • Maintaining customer relationships.
  • Handling companies social media activities
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written; neutral English accent is desired
  • Ability to navigate to the Decision Maker
  • Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
  • Maintain high standards of discipline in updating sales enquiries 
  • Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team of peers and partners
  • Manage online Marketing campaigns through multiple channels
  • Preparing high-quality drafts and tenders for potential new customers
  • Undertake direct Marketing from mailings, telesales to the web
  • Develop value propositions and branding for new service offerings and be able to create and organize the production of all Marketing material, presentations and case studies for existing and new services
  • Handle lead nurturing through online Marketing campaigns and lead nurturing process
  • Management & developing of Marketing plans and strategies
  • Co-ordinate creation of Marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters etc.
  • Social media channels management (Twitter, Skype, & LinkedIn heavy users preferred)
  • Advise businesses on International trends
  • Complete daily and weekly reports to measure individual and department's effectiveness and provide figures showing daily productivity
  • Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
  • Should be willing to working in the US shifts (3 PM to 1 AM IST) - night shifts.
  • Understanding of Web Technologies, SEO, offshore software services model will be a plus.
  • Must have excellent telephone presence with demonstrated skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with and to make remote presentations to all levels of management and technical professionals.
