The roles and responsibilities of Business Development Executive have been listed below:-
Business development executive people interact with the consumer about the case
and take their relevant information related to the case, provided him with
their fees receipt and forwarded the case to backend team who are going to work
on a case by communication, email, fax, phone calls , formal drafted
communication letter to resolve consumer's dispute.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
· Basic knowledge of computer and Excel.
· Good listener.
· Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
·
Time management and the ability to complete assignments within
deadlines.
