Job Description
The ideal candidate possesses a passion for marketing and business development through various means. They should have an innovative ability to devise marketing strategy for the company and provide a direction to increase sales.
Job responsibilities include-
1. Devising various marketing and business development strategies for Lead Generation for Career counselling, Abroad counselling, Coaching classes and other ancillary services in the existing branch and all other branches in future.
2. Coordination with universities, colleges and other business associates to conduct meetings, events, and seminars and maintain relationships to grow business and for tie ups. Travel to offices and pitch about our services resulting in maximum business conversions.
3. Overlooking Social Media & Digital Marketing ensuring the lead flow from digital platforms
4. Bringing in and growing the business through various ways and means. You will be given a free hand to try out methods to increase sales. (For e.g.: Collaboration with schools, and colleges, arranging and conducting webinars/seminars or any other way you deem fit)
5. Creating a marketing plan, allocating a marketing budget and presenting it to us at the start of every month. In that meeting, you also need to discuss the progress of the previous month's marketing activities.
5. Ideation and conducting marketing events for promotion of company and help increase digital and physical footfall.
Overall you are responsible for Marketing and Brand management. Candidate should be ready to Work from Office in Vidyavihar/Andheri, Mumbai and willing to travel to represent the company at various institutions.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Management studies/ Mass Media/Business administration or relevant work experience in marketing and business development vertical.
