Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote and sell credit cards through bank branches and field visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to meet sales targets. This role requires fieldwork and direct interaction with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Credit Card Sales & Promotion
- Approach potential customers in bank branches, offices, and field locations to promote credit cards.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
2. Field Visits & Customer Engagement
- Conduct field visits to businesses, residential areas, and corporate hubs to maximize sales.
- Organize promotional campaigns and engage with walk-in customers at bank branches.
- Build relationships with bank staff to generate more referrals.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Assist customers in filling out application forms and ensure proper documentation.
- Verify customer details and submit applications as per banking compliance guidelines.
- Follow up with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of credit cards.
4. Sales Target Achievement & Reporting
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and performance incentives.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update sales data in CRM software.
- Provide feedback to management for improving sales strategies.
