Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for self-starters with a flair for sales and a passion for real estate.

What You’ll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
Promote BlueOak Realty's services and properties through effective communication and negotiation.
Assist clients throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome!).
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Location: Must be willing to work from our office in Sector 30, Work Junction, Gurugram.
Passion: A genuine interest in real estate and a customer-first mindset.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
