We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our
team and drive our growth.
Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving
revenue growth. You will work closely with various departments to develop strategies, deliver
presentations, and manage key accounts. Your goal will be to expand our market presence and
support our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research,
networking, and attending industry events.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
and contribute to the company’s growth.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential
areas for expansion.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales metrics, market conditions, and business
performance to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to
ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client satisfaction.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and issues in a timely manner, ensuring a
high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or
other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in business development [1 -2 Years], sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
