Data Element Group (US Based IT Firm) hiring 2 to 5
years of experience Business Development Executive with below details
• Identifying new prospects, through market research.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation through campaigns like Cold Calling; E-mails
that result in prospective leads.
• Generating leads through LinkedIn and other Social Media and through bidding within
short span of time
• Co-ordinate with management and clients to identify business development
opportunities.
• Email marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful
relationships with clients.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• An excellent communication skill, both written and oral. English fluency is a
must.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Proven working experience in business development/sales for an IT Company.
- Prior experience in selling web solutions locally and Internationally must have an understanding of Website Designing business.
- Have a proven track record of selling digital Marketing services to leading brands and corporate organizations.
- Handling Web Development and Web Designing client’s requirement.
- Lead generation and Lead conversation.
- Define project requirements, scope, and objectives for clients.
- Report to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client.
- Generate customer leads and delivery of targeted campaigns to create opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Understanding or hands-on experience in business development preferably in website development and digital marketing business company.
Required :
- MBA /BBA or any equivalent discipline in sales/marketing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Relevant experience in Digital Sales and marketing.
- Creative and enthusiastic in marketing & sales.
- Excellent time management.
- Exposure to digital and direct-response marketing.
- Contacting potential clients to establish reports and arrange meetings.
- Must have experience working in the IT domain.
- Should have a strong sales track record and target hits.
- Willing to travel
Payment Mode :- Commission Basis(Initial 2
months based on performance permanent position)
Qualification: Any qualification (Preferable MBA qualified)
Travel Required :- Willing to Travel
Work Mode : Work from office
