Fluency in any one of these languages: Hindi/Marathi/Tamil/Kannada/Telugu/Gujarati/Bengali/Odia/Punjabi/Rajasthani is mandatory.

 

Only residents of Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and nearby areas should apply as this is work from office.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the services being offered to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers to present our services, explaining their features and benefits
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convince potential customers to make a purchase.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide potential customers through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes on discussions, objections, and outcomes
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization, which may involve managing a certain number of calls per day, achieving a specific conversion rate, or meeting revenue targets.
  • Provide feedback to the sales/operations team and management regarding customer concerns, objections, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in outbound telesales or a similar role is a must
  • Must be fluent in any one or more of following languages mentioned above
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches.

 

Working Hours:

  • Day shift, fixed hours, and no overtime.
  • Alternate Saturdays and all Sundays off

NOTE: Being multilingual is an added bonus.
