Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking, online research, and marketing-generated leads.
- Nurture leads through consistent digital engagement and develop them into viable prospects.
- Communicate effectively to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
- Build a deep understanding of our products and present them to clients effectively.
- Respond promptly to issues affecting sales and oversee market and client growth.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and demonstrate performance through KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in networking, project management, and problem-solving.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Ability to adapt to the company’s culture.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
