Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to generate leads and close deals.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients/students.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Any graduation is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus but not required.
- Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers confidently.
