- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Egniol’s business loan and financing solutions.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable financing options.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Effectively handle objections and convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting
Identify new business opportunities by researching markets, attending industry events, and connecting with prospective clients via calls, emails, and networking platforms like LinkedIn. -
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with the company’s products or services. -
Sales Pitching and Presentations
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition and business benefits of the company’s offerings. -
Proposal Development
Develop, customize, and send business proposals, quotes, and pricing details. Follow up on proposals to negotiate contracts and close deals. -
Market Research and Strategy Development
Conduct market and industry research to stay informed about trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. Use these insights to shape sales strategies and identify new target markets. -
Sales and Revenue Targets
Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress through the sales funnel. -
CRM and Data Management
Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions. Keep accurate and up-to-date records for reporting and analysis. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal departments like marketing, operations, and product development to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered as promised. -
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare weekly or monthly reports detailing lead generation, conversions, sales performance, and feedback. Use data to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust as needed. -
Post-Sales Support and Upselling
Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to the operations or account management team. Follow up periodically to assess satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
