We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s revenue growth by sourcing new leads, presenting our services or products, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Your success in this role will significantly contribute to the company’s market presence and long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify new business opportunities in target markets through research, networking, and cold outreach.

Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients using various tools such as CRM software, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.

Conduct initial outreach via email, phone calls, or in-person meetings to gauge interest and qualify leads.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions and value-added services.

Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales process and post-sales relationship.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms with clients to close deals.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team.
4. Market Research & Strategy

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.

Work with marketing and product development teams to align business development strategies with market demands.

Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs, product enhancements, and service improvements.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM systems.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.

Assist in the creation of business proposals, marketing materials, and presentations.
