Business Development Executive
Job Description
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential leads using various sources (online research, social media, databases, etc.).
- Qualify leads and generate a steady pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
Client Outreach:
- Assist in drafting and sending introductory emails, proposals, and presentations.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, or social media platforms.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Assist in gathering data to identify new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Support:
- Support the senior sales team by preparing presentations, quotations, and follow-up emails.
- Assist in handling administrative tasks related to business development activities.
Reporting:
- Regularly update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with new leads, opportunities, and communications.
- Provide periodic reports on leads and business development activities.
