Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive to manage the lead generation process, schedule meetings, and support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable using CRM tools, and have experience in handling customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
• Research potential leads through online sources, databases, and networking.
• Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM software.
• Meeting Scheduling & Coordination:
• Schedule meetings and calls with leads for sales or business development teams.
• Send calendar invites, reminders, and follow-ups to leads and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely communication between the sales team and potential clients.
• Office Administration & Support:
• Assist in handling incoming calls and inquiries.
• Manage office documentation and maintain records.
• Support in preparing reports and presentations as required.
• Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
• Engage with potential clients professionally and courteously.
• Address initial queries and provide relevant information about our services.
• Maintain relationships with leads for future business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or telecalling is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of IT/software development services is a plus.
