Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify Opportunities:
Research and identify potential clients and markets.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase company offerings.
3. Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for improvements.
6. Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and business development activities.
Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (1-3 years preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
