Responsibilities

This is a B2B sales and business development role wherein you will:

  • Conduct market research and meet prospective clients from the manufacturing industry
  • Engage with clients in a positive and professional manner to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Convert the meetings into appointments and site visits for the sales team
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying New Business Opportunities:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, including new markets, industries, partnerships, and clients.

    • Identify and engage potential clients and customers through cold calls, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.

    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, prospects, and new business opportunities.

  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering regular updates, answering inquiries, and providing assistance as needed.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and maintaining a high level of customer service.

  3. Sales and Proposal Development:

    • Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs.

    • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  4. Collaboration and Strategy Development:

    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop strategies for targeting new business opportunities.

    • Assist in formulating and implementing business development plans and strategies to achieve growth objectives.

    • Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings, services, and marketing strategies based on client feedback and market trends.

  5. Networking and Brand Promotion:

    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients and partners.

    • Leverage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to promote the company, generate leads, and engage with industry professionals.

    • Promote the company’s brand, products, and services in a positive and professional manner.

  6. Negotiation and Closing Deals:

    • Lead negotiations with clients and close deals in a timely and professional manner.

    • Handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing agreements, ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation team.

  7. Market and Competitor Analysis:

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of market demands.

    • Provide regular reports to management on market conditions, potential leads, and industry trends.

    • Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

  8. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward business development goals.

    • Generate regular reports and provide updates to management on business development activities, goals, and results.

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new business acquisition and client retention.

  9. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of client solutions.

    • Assist with post-sale activities and handover to the relevant departments for service delivery.

About Asmeeta Texpa

The project is spread in over 65 acres MIDC approved land out of which 45 acres has already been delivered and operational (Phase I) whereas the remaining 20 acres is under construction (Phase II).
