Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for
driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities,
building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall
sales strategy. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with
strong communication skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Terms and Conditions of Job profile:-
Employment Type
- Full-Time: The BDE will be employed on a full-time basis, working 8 hours per day.
- Probation Period: 6 months probation period during which the performance of the BDE will be reviewed. The company reserves the right to extend the probation period if necessary.
- Contract Type: Permanent subject to satisfactory completion of the probation period.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: The BDE will be entitled to a gross monthly salary of Rs.22k-30k ( as per the targets i.e.600-1000 points).
- Incentive: The incentive structure will apply based on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and ensure favorable terms for both parties.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in IT industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
