Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 1-2 years (K-12 Experience Mandate)

Language Proficiency: English and Telugu mandatory

Salary Range: ₹2-10 LPA can be negotiated if candidate is good enough.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive at NNIIT, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our reach in the K9 and K12 education segments. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the Ed-tech industry, specifically in K9 and K12 education.


Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the K9 and K12 education segments through various channels including cold calling.

* Conduct a good number of cold calls per day to generate potential leads and opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, and individual learners.

* Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients in the K9 and K12 segments and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.

* Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.

* Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

* Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Ed-tech industry.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of the K9 and K12 education landscape and understanding of current trends and challenges.
