Responsibilities**:**
· Initiate telephonic conversations with candidates interested in Outscal’s programs
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
· Identify and assess customer needs to provide customized and effective solutions
· Coordinate pre- and post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Must Haves:
· Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations.
· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
· Street-smart attitude, balancing hard work with smart strategies.
Good to have:
· Familiarity with technical terminology.
· Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
· Ability to explain complex products simply and effectively.
