Job Overview:
We are looking for a competitive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive our business growth. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and turn them into long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Evaluate customer needs and present relevant solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and market trends.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align business strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer needs to improve products or services.
Networking and Events
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's services.
- Represent the company professionally and build a positive brand image.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in sales preferred).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
