Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the market.
- Generate leads and arrange meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Follow up with clients after meetings and quotations to ensure successful deal closures.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Ensure that revenue is collected according to agreed timelines.
- Maintain and expand the database of potential clients, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads.
- Organize and coordinate client visits to the laboratory, ensuring a productive and professional experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and collections targets as set by the company.
- Manage vendor registrations and finalize rate contracts in line with company policies.
- Ensure the timely submission of quotations and purchase order copies to the accounts team.
- Submit daily reports to the reporting manager, detailing activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
