Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development
Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving
growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the industry,
excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, or services.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and partnerships with clients and vendors.
- Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
- Provide regular updates to management about sales and business development activities, including pipelines, forecasts, and deal status.
· Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products or services.
· Explain product features, answer any questions, and overcome objections.
· Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
· Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive (4 – 5 years).
- Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preference given to female but male with extraordinary skillset also welcomed.
