The Business Development Executive position is the front end of the business. It comprises all customer interaction activities that involve face-to-face contact with prospects/clients. This position is to build business by identifying prospects, helping convert the prospects to clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Candidate will have to meet Doctors, Clinic owners daily, for conducting face-to-face marketing campaigns, that introduce our company and offerings in a vibrant, real-world settings.
2. She/He should understand client needs and present our solutions; explain the value we bring to our clients, thereby generating sales leads.
3. The candidate should work with the Customer Success Team to demonstrate our solutions and address client needs effectively.
4. The candidate will follow up with the prospect, present the proposal and close the deal.
The Ideal Candidate for this role will
1. Bring energy and drive to the team.
2. Connect with customers face-to-face to understand their needs.
3. Identify customer needs and offer the best solutions.
4. Accurately keep customer information for follow-ups in a CRM Software.
5. Provide top-notch support and guidance to customers.

7. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
8. Use time efficiently to meet sales targets.
9. Keep the team updated with regular reports on progress.
10. Stay ahead of the curve by participating in training and development opportunities.

Should able to speak clearly in English
