Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and results-driven with a strong understanding of sales and market trends.
Key Responsibility Area:
- Oversee the W360 division's sales activities on Indiamart, ensuring effective lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated Experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years of experience managing sales on online platforms like Indiamart.
- Identify new opportunities within the Indiamart platform and other online marketplaces to expand customer reach.
- Follow up from the customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Responsible for maintaining timely dispatch of the product.
- Written Communication in English should be decent.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
