The Business Development Executive is responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals seeking career advice, job opportunities, and professional development. This role involves helping clients identify their strengths, interests, and career goals, and providing resources and strategies for achieving those goals. The Business Development Executive will work with a diverse client base, including students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals.
Experience: 6 months
Qualification: Diploma / degree
- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions and develop personalized career plans and strategies.
- Administer and interpret career assessment tools and psychometric tests.
- Assist clients in developing resumes, cover letters, and job application materials.
- Offer guidance on interview techniques, job search strategies, and networking skills.
- Plan and conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations on career development topics.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, educational institutions, and professional organizations.
