Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Identify potential clients in the target market and initiate contact.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Present our products and services persuasively to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
  • Market Research and Strategy Development:

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate competitor activity.
    • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
    • Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
    • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs.
  • Reporting and Analytics:

    • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the SMS or telecommunications industry.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with good analytical abilities.
    • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

    • This position is full-time and may require travel.
    • Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission and performance-based incentives.
