Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify potential clients in the target market and initiate contact.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Present our products and services persuasively to potential clients.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals effectively.

Market Research and Strategy Development:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate competitor activity.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs.

Reporting and Analytics:

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the SMS or telecommunications industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strategic thinker with good analytical abilities.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Additional Information:

This position is full-time and may require travel.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission and performance-based incentives.
