· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Having Pre-Engineering Building (PEB) industry knowledge. Structure, Civil and Office Design.
· Generate business through online leads from industrial area
· Manage internal organization teams and solve customers' queries.
· Business contacts with Decision Takers like Project Architect, Builders, Plant Head etc.
Market Knowledge -
· Strong connection with Top Architect, Developers and Builders
· Well established network with Contractors and Facade Consultant
