Competencies:

Proficiency in English, Telugu or Tamil
Effective communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

Duties:

Managing customer relationships and providing support over calls

Following up on purchase orders and payments
Providing delivery and shipment tracking support to customers
