We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of Squapl.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology sector
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent Squapl
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and IT solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
