About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Use multiple channels (cold calling, networking, social media) to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Proposal & Presentation
- Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet revenue goals.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
- Provide regular sales and pipeline reports to management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
